A typical “lesson” on lists everywhere, I know, but I truly believe gratitude cultivates happiness. Recently I joined the The Gratitude Movement, which asks the group to sit in reflection for a few minutes each day for a month and write what we appreciate in a journal.
It seems basic, but this ultimately trains our minds to think this way daily, which has a ton of benefits!
Today, I am thankful for the positive, hopeful people in this world who inspire and spread goodness. They have taught me so much over the last few years. Thank you!
What are you grateful for today?

It’s said that people who acknowledge what they’re grateful for daily live happier lives. Makes sense. Right now I’m grateful for my body which just took me through a great workout and for the hot shower I’m about to take. 🙂

Oh yes! I always feel gratitude round about mile 3 – just for a few minutes mid you – before I exhale my lungs in their totality!

Well, I’m alive for one. Secondly, my problems just about always resolve themselves one way or another. And lastly, those same problems usually make good blogging material. I’d definitely say those are worthy of gratitude. Lol

Well I would like to complement that gratitude for all that exercise and send out into The Universe some gratitude for “sloth” 😀 I am grateful for my couch, my laptop and the yummy leftover pizza I just had for lunch, plus lazy snoozing dogs on my floor ❤ ❤ ❤

La La, I have been trying to do this for years! You have inspired me. It’s important to think this way. So much of anything is about perspective. My family is first on my list!
